Terms and Conditions

On {{current_date}}, {{buyer_name}} (the Buyer), did willingly purchase from {{seller_name}} (the Seller), a used motor vehicle. The said used motor vehicle being a {{car_year}} {{car_make_and_model}}. The purchase price is ${{car_sale_price}}.

At the time of the sale of the vehicle registered {{car_mileage}} miles on the odometer of the vehicle. The mileage shown on the odometer is accurate and correct as far as the Seller knows. The Seller further warrants that neither the Seller nor anyone else has tampered with the odometer before selling the vehicle to the Buyer.

Therefore, in consideration of the amount received by the Seller from the Buyer was ${{car_sale_price}}. The Seller does hereby release the title of the vehicle as well as all interest in the vehicle, or any claim thereof, in favor of the Buyer. In addition to executing this bill of sale, the Seller also agrees to endorse the original certificate of title for the vehicle as well as any other legal documents that may be needed to transfer title and legal ownership of the vehicle into the name of the Buyer.

The Buyer agrees that the vehicle being sold by the Seller is sold 'As Is' and that the Seller had not agreed to or promised any type of guarantee or warranty, whether expressly written or implied, the Buyer also agree that Seller shall not be responsible for any defects, repairs or other costs that may be associate with the above listed vehicle being sold by the Seller to the Buyer. Both the Buyer and the Seller agree that the terms of the sale of the vehicle listed above do not contain any other commitments, covenants or promises other than those contained in the terms of this bill of sale contract.​
